★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 09.12.2021 per click und collect ein Bob, welches 17 stück lagernd war, zur abholung bestellt. Bekamm eine E-mail dass die ware von zentrale zum auhofcenter versendet wird da nicht lagernd. Gut versand 3-5 tage. Am 5ten tag schau ich die trackingnr. von der post nach. Ware noch immer nicht versendet! Daraufhin am 15.12. 2021 widerrufe ich den Vertrag und stoniere die Ware. Bis Heute 30.12.2021 keine Ware versendet und kein Geld zurück erhalten. Mehrere anrufe in der filia auhof und in der Zentrale brachte nichts!! Zentrale sagt sie leiten es weiter, Filiale sagt zentrale ist zuständig. 21 Tage sind vergangen!! Wie gesagt keine ware und auch kein Geld retour erhalten!! Paypal käuferschutz beantragt und mein rechtschutz eingeschalten . Nie wieder Intersport. Amazon bewährt sich wieder mal
 On December 9th, 2021, click and collect a Bob, which was 17 pieces in stock, ordered for collection. Got an e-mail that the goods are being sent from the head office to the courtyard center because they are not in stock. Well shipping 3-5 days. On the 5th day I look at the tracking no. from the post to. Goods still not shipped! Then on December 15th. In 2021 I will revoke the contract and cancel the goods. Until today 30.12.2021 no goods have been sent and no money has been received back. Several calls in the filia auhof and in the headquarters did not bring anything! Head office says they are forwarding it, branch says head office is responsible. 21 days have passed !! As I said, no goods and no money were returned !! PayPal buyer protection applied for and activated my legal protection. Never again Intersport. Amazon proves itself once again
