telefonische auskunft eher knapp und wortkarg (ich mein, es war auch erst ca. 9:00, vielleicht noch nicht ganz munter ...)
man möchte ja gern lokal einkaufen. aber eine kompetente und vor allem motivierte erstinfo und antworten auf konkrete fragen am telefon sollten schon drin sein ;)

aber vielleicht komm ich doch bei wem anderen lieber vorbei - einer der am tel. nämlich echt nett und motiviert war!

Telephone information was rather brief and taciturn (I mean, it was only about 9:00 a.m., maybe not quite awake yet...)
you want to shop locally. but competent and, above all, motivated initial information and answers to specific questions on the phone should already be in there ;)

but maybe I'll come by someone else - one of the am tel. was really nice and motivated!
