Leider sehr unzuverlässig, habe vor über einer Woche einen Werkstatttermin für heute in der Filiale Purkersdorf vereinbart und am morgen wurde der Termin abgesagt.

Ein super kompetentes, freundliches Team! Sowohl vor Ort, wie auch telefonisch. Helfen, wenn man sich bei etwas nicht auskennt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Sind besser als in Tulln. :)

Es war wirklich das Letzte! Wollte eine neue Batterie kaufen + Einbau. Ging nicht - keine Zeit für den Einbau - Ein Bursch - ziemlich unwillig und barsch - im abgesperrten Verkaufsraum wies mich einfach ab. Ein einziger " behaupteter" Mann - von den allerdings nichts zu sehen war - in der Werkstatt. So ist das eben! Wenn man ein Geschäft unkontrolliert, unmotivierten bis unwilligen Personen überlässt, darf man sich nicht wundern eines Tages in die Insolvenz zu schlittern. Das hat mit Corona überhaupt nichts zu tun. Hier fehlt es einfach nur an der notwendigen Professionalität. Ein Anruf bei "Blitzbatterie" in der Wiener Sechshauserstrasse klappte auf Anhieb, in einer halben Stunde war alles erledig.t

I had an appointment there couple of weeks ago. My experience was not good and therefore I would like to share this comment in order to make protentional clients aware of my experience: First, after waiting a week and half for appointment, I had to wait for the mechanic who came in late and he looked hangover as it was obviously his first appointment that morning. When the mechanic finally arrived I told him, that I had a problem with Turbo pipe which fell out and that I have have already purchased a new pipe plus Clip. When I returned to the shop 1,5 hours later the mechanic told me that he cannot fix the car on the spot and that I need to by myself order new parts , in particular a new clip (which I already had) as he claimed he cannot do it in the shop ! Then he told me to come back with the new part and then maybe he can fix it but he does not guarantee anything. I cannot understand is why the mechanic did not tell me straightaway when I came, that he is not able to order spare parts in the shop for my car if needed? That is a basic stuff. As if I would have been advised beforehand, I would certainly take my car elsewhere to a place where they can order parts it I would not pay 100 euros for nothing. Not to mention, that they knew my car is not drivable and they did not advise me about any other option or tell me what should I do. They just took 100 euro and did not care. I had it repaired in another service afterwards and the other mechanic had diagnosed in 10 minutes and fixed in 20 ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Forstinger to anyone if you have a problem with your car, perhaps they are good with some light maintenance like oil change, etc.
