★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teekanne wurde heute von mir gekauft die leider nicht ordnungsgemäß verpackt wurde und natürlich ist sie beim Transport beschädigt worden. Bei der Reklamation wurde mir erklärt ich hätte darauf bestehen müssen dass sie ordnungsgemäß von den mitarbeitern verpackt wird. Ich als Kundin muss das anfordern? Das kann es aber nicht sein. Das müssen die Angestellten schon selber wissen. Eine Frechheit
