Ich habe ein Produkt nicht gefunden und daher eine junge Dame angesprochen ob sie mir doch bitte helfen könne - nach lieblosen Blick ins Regal hieß es "wenn es hier nicht hängt haben wir es nicht". Auch nach Rückfrage ob es eventuell in die Filiale bestellt werden kann hieß es mit genervten seufzen "nein wenn es hier nicht ist haben wir es nicht und können es auch nicht bestellen". Dies ist für mich total unverständlich da ich die Ware nämlich online in die Filiale mit click&collect bestellen kann. Kann diese Filiale somit nicht empfehlen und Frage mich wirklich für welchen Zweck solche Verkäufer eingestellt werden. Würde das Personal als Filialleiter mal überdenken wenn ich etwas verkaufen möchte! Unmotivated advice! I couldn't find a product and therefore asked a young lady if she could please help me - after a loveless look at the shelf it was said "if it isn't hanging here, we don't have it". Even after inquiring whether it could possibly be ordered in the branch it was said with an annoyed sigh "no, if it is not here we do not have it and we cannot order it". This is totally incomprehensible to me because I can order the goods online in the branch with click & collect. Can't recommend this branch and really wonder for what purpose such salespeople are hired. Would the staff as a branch manager rethink if I wanted to sell something!

Auf die Frage das Geld zurück zu bekommen würden wir mit einen Gutschein vertröstet. Es gab mal eine Zeit da hat man geschaut das ein Kunde zufrieden geht. Da man dann auch wusste das der Kunde wieder kommt. Das dürfte hier verloren gegangen sein!!! Exchange only for a voucher Unfortunately, nobody would have liked to have taken a bigger ski suit. When asked to get the money back, we would be put off with a voucher. There was a time when you saw that a customer would leave happy. Because you then knew that the customer would come back. That must have been lost here!

Dieser sollt Auskunft geben über den Zustand von Akku, wie oft mit welcher Stufe gefahren wurde usw. Die Verkäufer waren mit meinem Wunsch sichtlich überfordert. Ich weis nicht was gemacht wurde bzw. wie es mit meinem Akku aussieht. Die nette Dame an der Kasse versprach mir sich zu erkundigen da am Mittwoch der Chef kommt und sie wird sich bei mir telefonisch melden. Darauf warte ich noch ! Diese Serviceberichte waren beim 1. Service unserer eBike im Geschäft Landstraße Linz automatisch bei der Abholung dabei ! Würde ich mir auch vom Geschäft in Asten erwarten !! I had our 2 eBike for the 2nd service. When I picked it up on Tuesday, I asked for an eBike service report. This should provide information about the condition of the battery, how often with which level was driven, etc. The salespeople were visibly overwhelmed with my request. I don't know what was done or what it looks like with my battery. The nice lady at the cash register promised to inquire as the boss will come on Wednesday and she will contact me by phone. I'm still waiting for that! These service reports were automatically included when we picked up our eBike for the first time in the Landstrasse Linz store! I would also expect from the shop in Asten !!
