Habe davor im Internet geschaut, ob es eh lagernd ist und laut Internetseite waren noch ca. 5 Stück lagernd. Daraufhin fuhr ich hin und die Verkäuferin war ziemlich genervt und sagte, ohne dass sie auch nur einmal nachschaute, dass nichts mehr vorhanden sei. Wütend fuhr ich dann wieder nach Hause und kaufte nichts mehr ein. So....., Heute 18.5. ca. 12:00 Uhr machte ich das gleiche wieder...Ich sah vorher auf der Internetseite nach, ob es eh lagernd ist und fuhr hin. (halbe Stunde Fahrzeit!!!!!). Heute dawischte ich eine sehr nette Verkäuferin, die mir gleich nachgesehen hat (wenigstens!!) aber die Ware war schon wieder nicht lagernd. Die Verkäuferin versuchte zwar, mich zu vertrösten, dass dieses Problem momentan besteht und der Service versucht es zu beheben, aber in meinen Augen besteht dieses Problem schon lange und sowas gehört in einem schnelleren Zeitraum behoben als in einem Jahr. About 3 months ago I was there to buy something. Before that I checked the internet to see if it was in stock anyway and according to the website there were still about 5 items in stock. Then I went there and the saleswoman was quite annoyed and said, without even checking once, that there was nothing left. Then I went home furious and didn't buy anything. Sun ....., today 18.5. about 12:00 I did the same thing again ... I checked the website beforehand to see if it was already in stock and drove there. (half an hour driving time !!!!!). Today I wiped out a very nice saleswoman who immediately checked me out (at least !!) but the goods were already out of stock. The saleswoman tried to put me off that this problem exists at the moment and the service is trying to fix it, but in my opinion this problem has existed for a long time and something like this should be fixed in a faster period of time than in a year.

Juni 2021 Filiale Asten Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg ganz herzlich für die sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung von Frau Monika und Ihrer Kollegin bedanken. Wir hatten zuvor mit allen namhaften Möbelhäusern telefonisch Kontakt und keines dieser Unternehmen war auch nur ansatzweise bemüht, uns bei der Suche nach einer neuen Matratze behilflich zu sein. Frau Monika hat uns telefonisch schon bestens beraten, weshalb wir dann auch nach Asten fuhren, dort eine große Auswahl zur Verfügung hatten und auch noch fündig geworden sind.
