D	D B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachträglich höherer Preis als vereinbart! Ein Ski wurde ausgeliehen mit dem Angebot, diesen bei Nichtgefallen tauschen zu können. Zum (stolzen) Preis von 30€. Nach einer Stunde musste der Ski mangels Drehfreudigkeit getauscht werden. Der Zweite war dann geringfügig besser, Ski hatte allerdings kaum noch Spannung. Als am Abend bezahlt wurde, die Überraschung: es wurden 37€ statt der zuvor ausgedruckten 30€ verlangt! Das sei nun ein Premium Ski gewesen, sagte man lapidar und verständnislos für den Hinweis auf den vormaligen Preis. 1. Es gab keinen Hinweis beim Tausch, dass in ein anderes Segment getauscht wurde. 2. Die Preise sind - in Vergleich zu anderen Intersports - sehr hoch! Das betrachte ich als grenzwertig! Leider habe ich an der Kasse nicht geschaltet und den alten Beleg gezeigt, auf dem 30€ vermerkt war. Subsequent higher price than agreed! A ski was borrowed with the offer to be able to exchange this if you do not like it. For the (proud) price of 30 €. After one hour, the ski had to be replaced for lack of swivel. The second was slightly better, but ski was barely suspenseful. When was paid in the evening, the surprise: it was 37 € instead of the previously printed 30 € required! That was now a premium ski, one said lapidary and uncomprehending for the reference to the previous price. 1. There was no indication in the exchange that was exchanged into another segment. 2. The prices are - in comparison to other Intersports - very high! I consider that borderline! Unfortunately I did not switch at the cash register and showed the old document, on which 30 € was noted.

Super hilfsbereit immer fröhlich und super nett 5 Sterne dafür… hat sich das Team dort in meinen Augen wirklich verdient. Really super friendly staff with a lot of good humor at work. Great advice on rental. Super helpful always happy and super nice 5 stars for that... in my opinion the team there really deserves it.

k	kdbendtsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service seems good, main focus is on snowsports equipment rental, but this is significantly more expensive than the other major rental shop in the resort. The rest of the product range is also rather expensive but this is to be expected directly in a ski resort at 2000 m altitude.
