Ich habe Ski und Bindung zur Montage gebracht, es gab dabei ein gröberes Problem und das Team hat wirklich alles getan um die Sache zufriedenstellend zu lösen! Danke an das ganze Team und den Chef, die haben sich wirklich bemüht eine gute Lösung zu finden, das ist heute nicht selbstverständlich! Danke! Extremely helpful and super friendly! I put skis and bindings to the assembly, there was a bigger problem and the team really did everything to solve the problem satisfactorily! Der Prozess läuft schnell und einwandfrei. Daten eingeben, Skischuhen anprobieren, Ausrüstung erhalten dann bezahlen. Great and helpful staff and good ski equipment for rent. Skis, ski boots and poles together cost around EUR 35 per person per day. The process runs quickly and flawlessly. Enter data, try on ski boots, then get equipment paid.

Am Ende war zwar leider nichts passendes für mich dabei, aber der Service war so gut, dass ich mich entschieden habe, diese Empfehlung auszusprechen. In search of suitable ski boots, I visited several shops in Kühtai. In this I was best advised. In the end there was unfortunately nothing suitable for me, but the service was so good that I decided to make this recommendation.

Komplette Skiausrüstung (Mittelklasse) + Helm da Halbtagespreise nicht möglich für eine Dauer von ca. 2,5 h um € 43,-. Die Mitarbeitenden bei der Materialausgabe waren bemüht und freundlich. Versicherung für € 1,-/Tag abgelehnt, weshalb bei der Rückgabe mit dem Kommentar: "keine Versicherung - da werden wir genau schauen", der Ski genau angeschaut wurde. Obwohl von 3 Mitarbeitenden bei der Rückgabe empfangen, hat mir kein Mitarbeiter/keine Mitarbeiterin etwas von der Ausrüstung abgenommen, sondern sie schauten mir zu, wie ich alles abstellte. Da weder das Material, noch der Kundenservice den Preis rechtfertigt, steht für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keiner Relation. Very expensive rental, slow processing, sometimes unfriendly. Complete ski equipment (mid-range) + helmet as half-day prices are not possible for a period of approx. 2.5 hours for € 43. The staff at the material distribution were very helpful and friendly. Insurance for € 1, - / day rejected, which is why when returning the ski with the comment: "No insurance - we will look closely", the ski was examined closely. Although received by 3 employees when they were returned, none of the employees took some of the equipment off me, but they watched me how I switched everything off. Since neither the material nor the customer service justify the price, the price-performance ratio is in no relation to me.

Dass für einen verlorenen Beutel für die Felle von Touren Skiern 5 € berechnet wurden fand ich aber überzogen (am Ende sind das 0815 Kunststoffbeutel, die wahrscheinlich beim Großhändler 25 Cent kosten). In itself great shop, good service. However, I found the fact that a lost bag for the skins of touring skis was charged 5 € excessive (in the end these are 0815 plastic bags, which probably cost 25 cents at the wholesaler).
