J	Jasmin Schweizer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir ein Snowboard für Fortgeschrittene ausgeliehen. Das Board wurde auch ohne Anmeldung schnell vorbereitet. Kanten und Unterseite waren sehr gut präpariert. Beim Fahren stellte sich jedoch schnell heraus, dass die Leihbindung schon sehr verbraucht war und sich aus diesem Grund auf dem Brett leicht bewegte. Selbst ein Nachjustieren brachte keine Besserung. Bei der Reklamation im Geschäft war das Problem bekannt, jedoch interessierte sich niemand hierfür. Nach längerer Diskussion wurde das Snowboard, ohne es bezahlen zu müssen, zurückgenommen. Durch den ganzen Stress ging ein halber Skitag verloren. Im Urlaub benutzte ich lieber mein fünf Jahre altes Board. Ärgerlich waren vor allem die unhöflichen und nicht kundenorientierten Mitarbeiter. I borrowed an advanced snowboard. The board was quickly prepared even without registration. Edges and underside were very well prepared. When driving, however, it quickly turned out that the loan was already very used up and therefore moved slightly on the board. Even readjusting brought no improvement. The problem was known when complaining in the store, but nobody was interested. After a long discussion, the snowboard was taken back without having to pay for it. Half a day of skiing was lost due to all the stress. I preferred to use my five year old board on vacation. Above all, the rude and not customer-oriented employees were annoying.

Auch die ganze Abwicklung und Einteilung geht sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Sehr empfehlenswert! Super great ski school! Our daughter had a lot of fun skiing every day and has made good progress. The whole process and organization is very uncomplicated and fast. Highly recommended!

Fischer an der Spitze einfach toll und als Kommentator beim Skirennen für die Kids unschlagbar!!!! This year we were again very satisfied with the ski school and the whole organization around it. Very competent and personable staff. Simply great with K. Fischer at the top and unbeatable as a commentator for the ski race for the kids !!!!

Wenn man so angeboten hat, dann muss man dahintert sein. Aber sie waren so unfreundlich, das ist zu schämen. Außer Verkäufer von Skischuhe, er war freundlich. Junior Chefin war sehr unfreundlich und Senior Chefin war sehr sehr sehr unfreundlich. We were there to rent ski equipment for ski week from kindergarten because you offered yourself. Nobody asked anything from them, nobody. If you offered that, then you have to be behind it. But they were so rude, that's ashamed. Except seller of ski boots, he was friendly. Junior boss was very rude and senior boss was very, very rude.
