★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Materialauswahl, sowohl im Verleih als auch im Shop. Skiservice war hervorragend und sein Geld wert. Skieinstellen, Anprobe etc. geht alles sehr schnell und routiniert. Top Laden.
Very good material selection, both in the rental and in the shop. Ski service was excellent and well worth the money. Ski setting, fitting etc. is very quick and routine. Top shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer leuk dat je je ski's en skiboten boven kunt laten staan dat je het niet mee naar beneden moet sleuren.
De oude ski's en botten worden veel veranderd ik had onlangs nog nieuwe ski's.
Deze mensen zijn echte toppers
Very nice that you can leave your skis and ski boats above that you do not have to drag it down.
The old skis and bones are changed a lot. I recently had new skis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit dem Skiverleih waren wir grundsätzlich zufrieden, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und es gab gutes Material. Allerdings versucht man einem auf Teufel komm raus Sachen zu verkaufen, teils mit unfairen Mitteln. Ich wollte meine Snowboard Boots reparieren lassen. Erst wurde mir gesagt es wird am selben Tag für 30 Euro repariert, dann hieß es das Ersatzteil müsse bestellt werden, wäre aber 2 Tage später da. Nach 3 Tagen war es immer noch nicht da, nach 4 Tagen war plötzlich die Reparatur gar nicht möglich. Jeden Tag wurde mir gesagt, dass die Reparatur sonst niemand machen könnte und dass ich mir einfach neue Schuhe bei ihnen kaufen sollte. Am 5. Tag hab ich die Schuhe mit ins Tal genommen und ein anderer Skiverleih (AGE) hat es mir für 10 Euro ohne Probleme innerhalb kürzester Zeit repariert.
We were generally satisfied with the ski rental, the staff were friendly and there was good equipment. However, you try to sell things out to you, sometimes with unfair means. I wanted to have my snowboard boots repaired. First I was told it would be repaired on the same day for 30 euros, then it was said that the spare part had to be ordered, but would be there 2 days later. After 3 days it was still not there, after 4 days the repair was suddenly not possible. Every day I was told that nobody else could do the repair and that I should just buy new shoes from them. On the 5th day I took my boots down to the valley and another ski rental (AGE) repaired it for me for 10 euros without any problems within a very short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten gestern unsere Ski mittags zum kleinen Skiservice abgegeben. Ich habe hochwertige 2 Monate junge Stöckli Ski und meine Freundin Atomic Regster, ebenfalls noch kein Jahr alt. Vor dem Skiservice hatten beide Ski perfekten Griff auch auf etwas vereister Piste. Danach waren die Ski beide ruiniert. Als wir reklamierten wurde mit einem Schleifstein per Hand hilfslos etwas herumgetan. Ergebnis: Null. Beide Ski hatten keinerlei Griff mehr auf der Piste und wir mussten den Skitag abbrechen. Also sind mit der Gondel ins Tal gefahren und gingen zum dortigen Skiservice in der Talstation der Ochsengartenbahn. Der dortige Seniorchef - ein erfahrener Spezialist - hat unsere Ski dann perfekt bearbeitet und wieder hergestellt. Also: Finger weg von diesem Skiservice auf dem Berg!!
Yesterday we gave our skis to the small ski service at noon. I have high-quality Stöckli skis that are 2 months old and my girlfriend Atomic Regster, who is also less than a year old. Before the ski service, both skis had perfect grip even on slightly icy slopes. After that the skis were both ruined. When we complained, something was helplessly played around with a whetstone by hand. Result: zero. Both skis no longer had any grip on the piste and we had to break off the day's skiing. So we took the gondola down to the valley and went to the local ski service in the valley station of the Ochsengartenbahn. The senior boss there - an experienced specialist - then worked on our skis perfectly and restored them. So: hands off this ski service on the mountain!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was raging about the selection of his rental place. Unfortunately, it fell short on one front: Snowboarding Boots. There was literally No selection. The boots were old, soft and worn. There are also no Premium boots to upgrade to. The boot size was nothing out of the ordinary: men's boots with height 178cm, shoe size 9-9.5.
On the other hand the Snowboard was fantastic: A new Banana LibTech board! - great for beginners. Also, the location is fantastic. All in all probably better for skiers.
