Bank hat mir Beträge doppelt vom Konto abgebucht, versuche schon den ganzen Tag einen Kundenberater zu erreichen, aber man wird andauernd nur vertröstet. Every time I need something, nobody is available. Bank has debited me twice from my account, I have been trying to contact a client advisor all day, but you are always put off.
S	Sandra E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn's möglich wäre 0 Sterne vergeben!! seit dem Umbau geht's mit der Filiale Berg ab!!! unfreundliche Mitarbeiter (außer heute das erste mal eine nette Dame die keine schnippisch antworten gibt), keine Banknoten vorhanden wenn welche gebraucht wird was sehr schlimm ist für eine Bank im 1! Der münzähler geht meistens nicht was angeblich mit der Karte zu tun hat was nicht sein kann weil wir schon 4 neue bekommen haben! Schreckliche Filiale ! Vielleicht den falschen Job gewählt. Bei der Begrüßung aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit aber wenns ein Problem gibt sofort in die Defensive und „Schuldzuweisungen“. Das Letzte! Sehr oft wurden Termine von Beratern nicht eingehalten, sie sind einfach nicht erschienen und dann wurde versucht zu vertuschen sie seien krank- oder woanders (im Tresor) dringend benötigt. Man bekommt jedes mal einen anderen Berater und muss immer alles neu erklären, die eine Hand weiss nicht was die andere tut. Produkte wurden nicht wie abgemacht geliefert und vereinbarungen nicht eingehalten. Email Kommunikation klappt auch nicht immer.
