Unfortunately very unfriendly and unreliable property management. Damage was not repaired in the apartment and simply ignored, real snoring noses! Never again!

Es ist immer wieder interessant, wenn man als Wohnungseigentümer behandelt wird wie ein Bittsteller. Stay away from this law firm. Unfriendly, unprofessional and ignorant when it comes to their clients. But the more creative you can make money. It is always interesting to be treated as a homeowner like a petitioner.

E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, Schäden (Wasserschaden mit Gefahr in Verzug!) ohne jegliche Eile irgendwann bearbeitet, auch menschlich der Allerletzte (Anwaltsdrohung). The worst property management I've ever seen in my life. Uninterested, unprofessional and rude. E-mails are not answered, damage (water damage with danger in arrears!) Processed without any hurry at some point, also in human terms the very last (threat from a lawyer).

Finger weg von dieser Hausverwaltung. Absolute Fehlvorstellung einer Kunden/Anbieterbeziehung! Rarely seen such a useless property management. The window has been broken for days, and HV does not answer, does not call back, does not answer e-mails. Stay away from this property management company. Absolute misconception of a customer / supplier relationship!
