Ich hatte im Dezember 2021 zwei defekte Lichtmaschinen zur Reparatur gebracht und zusätzlich eine Neue bestellt. Nach der Abholung im Jänner stellte ich fest, dass bei der Reparatur ein „Hoppala“ passiert ist. Bei der darauffolgenden Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert und die Angelegenheit zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Die beanstandete Lichtmaschine wurde mir dann kostenfrei per Postversand zugestellt. Ich selbst bin Handwerksmeister und weiß, dass mal etwas schief gehen kann. Wichtig dabei ist schnellstens zu handeln und das ist geschehen. I would like to warmly recommend Ibrahim Car Parts GmbH. In December 2021 I brought two defective alternators for repair and also ordered a new one. After picking it up in January, I realized that a "whoops" happened during the repair. The complaint that followed was responded to immediately and the matter was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. The alternator complained of was then sent to me free of charge by post. I am a master craftsman myself and I know that sometimes things can go wrong. It is important to act as quickly as possible and that has happened.

Auto elektriker will von mir 400 € kasieren,ok meine frage ; was war das problem, oder irgend welche teile getauscht ? Elektriker hatte kein Antwort kein einziger wort, nur blöd schauen,plus carroserie geschadet. kein einziger cent mehr.. ibrahim ist auch sowieso geschäftführe von Betrügerei... I also thought nice team, but unfortunately only look friendly, but in real scammers. Auto electrician wants to collect 400 € from me, ok my question; what was the problem, or did you replace any parts? Electrician had no answer not a single word, just look stupid, plus carroserie damaged. not a single cent more.. ibrahim is also manager of scams anyway...
