★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Verkaufen top-freundlich, nach Unterschrift ist das Service unterirdisch. Warte seit 2 Monaten auf Rückmeldung zwecks Garantie / Reparatur. Die jüngsten negativen Bewertungen kommen nicht von irgendwo her! Der Kunde ist Bittsteller.
 Very friendly when selling, after signature the service is sub-par. I've been waiting for feedback for warranty/repair for 2 months. The recent negative reviews are not coming from anywhere! The customer is the supplicant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz der hier doch zahlreichen,recht negativen Bewertungen, habe ich mir gedacht das kann so schlimm nicht sein und Ersatzteile angefragt.
Nun ja,es ist tatsächlich so im Argen was das Service betrifft!
Mehrfach telefonisch und per Mail urgiert,jedesmal einen Rückruf versprochen bekommen aber bis Dato keinerlei Antwort Seitens MVC Nord.
Bei einem Nahegelegenen Mitbewerber innerhalb von wenigen Stunden ein freundliches und bestens ausgearbeitetes Angebot erhalten...wer nun auch die Anfrage für den anstehenden Neuwagen erhält ist wohl selbsterklärend.
Despite the numerous, quite negative reviews here, I thought it couldn't be that bad and asked for spare parts.
Well, it's really in trouble as far as the service is concerned!
Urged several times by phone and email, each time promised a callback but to date no response from MVC Nord.
Receive a friendly and well-prepared offer from a nearby competitor within a few hours... who now also receives the inquiry for the upcoming new car is probably self-explanatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finished my University Degree two month before. My father wanted to give me a vehicle as a reward. I have made my choice for the Ford Mustang. So i called this Car Seller für more details. I am 22 years old and have a somewhat young voice. Maybe that was the reason why the seller (I think his name is Hunga, he spoke very indistinctly) did not take me seriously. He was not ready to give me a price on the phone. On my question if a test drive would be possible, he has informed me that this is not possible. Supposedly no vehicle would be registered at the moment. I drove past this dealer half an hour later. In front of the showroom was a Mustang with company inscription. Such a behavior is impossible. I am glad that I bought the Mustang now at another dealer.
