J	Justicia0508 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte zwecks Service sämtliche Filter, Bremsbeläge, Öl etc gekauft. Verfügbarkeit bereits am nächsten Tag. In der Werkstatt stellte sich dann heraus, dass 2 Teile davon für mein Auto nicht passend sind. Kann mal passieren.... diese Teile wurden anstandslos gegen Gutschrift ausgetauscht! Kaufe oft dort und war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden. Zu den negativ Meinungen bezüglich der Mitarbeiter: so wie man in den Wald hinein ruft , so kommt es zurück ..... Von mir 5 Sterne fix !!! Had bought all filters, brake pads, oil, etc. for the purpose of service. Availability the next day. In the workshop it turned out that 2 parts of it are not suitable for my car. Can happen ... these parts were exchanged for credit without any problem! Buy there often and have always been very satisfied so far. Regarding the negative opinions regarding the employees: just as one calls into the forest, it comes back ..... From me 5 stars fixed!

Der Versuch im Vorhinein telefonisch an Informationen zu kommen war nicht erfolgreich, bei 3 Anrufen war niemand bereit den Hörer abzuheben. Mit einem Bild der Batterie direkt aus dem Onlineshop kam ich direkt zum Ladengeschäft. Die dort beschäftigten Herren waren allesamt ohne Maske unterwegs, der gesamte Verkaufsraum stank nach Rauch. Wie auch immer, die gewünschte Batterie war vorrätig, wie bereits auf der Homepage recherchiert. Als es zum Abschluss kam war der Preis im Geschäft dann plötzlich um 10,- teurer als im Online Shop angegeben. Auf den Umstand aufmerksam gemacht wurde mir nur zu verstehen gegeben, dass dies eben so sei. "Friss oder stirb"! Das ist aus meiner sicht nicht nachvollziehbar. Warum soll ein im Onlinshop angegebene Preis im Geschäft nicht valide sein? Aus meiner Sicht ein klassischer Nepp. Hab die Batterie trotzdem genommen weil man ja schon extra dort war. Bei Amazon wäre die Batterie inklusive Versand um 30,- günstiger gewesen. Also beim Händler vor ort kaufen und es dann gleich wieder bereuen, das ist die Erfahrung die ich machen durfte bei Wolf Autoteile. Ich hätte unter Umständen vllt auch noch eine Kupplung gekauft. Nach dieser Erfahrung wohl eher nicht... Bought a car battery from Wolf in the 21st district. The attempt to get information by phone in advance was unsuccessful, with 3 calls no one was willing to pick up the phone. With a picture of the battery straight from the online shop, I came straight to the shop. The gentlemen working there were all without masks, and the entire sales room stank of smoke. Anyway, the desired battery was in stock as already researched on the homepage. When the deal came to an end, the price in the shop was suddenly 10 euros more expensive than that stated in the online shop. When I was made aware of the fact, I was only given to understand that this was the case. "Eat or die"! From my point of view this is incomprehensible. Why should a price given in the online shop not be valid in the shop? In my view, a classic rip off. I took the battery anyway because we were already there. At Amazon, the battery including shipping would have been 30.00 cheaper. So buy from a local dealer and then immediately regret it again, that's the experience I was able to have at Wolf Autoteile. I might have bought a clutch too. After this experience, probably not...
