Someone should take action against these crooks!! You pay €270 to drive through! This is not normal anymore. Such people do not deserve success.
N	Nati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort bei der Autowerkstatt ein Auto das zum verkaufen war angesehen und zwei Montae später ein Brief vom Anwalt über eine Strafe von 270€ bekommen weil ich durch die Tankestelle gefahren bin. Also ACHTUNG an alle anderen die sich dort ein Auto ansehen wollen. I saw a car that was for sale at the garage and two months later I received a letter from the lawyer about a fine of 270 € because I drove through the gas station. So ATTENTION to everyone else who wants to see a car there.
_	_Pat_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG SCAMMER!!!! Die FS Tankstelle hat die alte Oil Tankstelle ersetzt und versucht dich absichtlich durch Irreführung zur Anzeige zu bringen. Durch unüblich viele Pfeile am Boden wird versucht dich durch die Tankstelle zu leiten obwohl du nicht tanken wolltest (Dafür wurden ja auch extra Automaten vor der Tankstelle platziert). Das Schild welches dich auf Privatgrund hinweist hängt ganz unten am Boden. Sobald man durch die Tankstelle durchfährt ohne zu Tanken (.... ja auch wenn du deine Bankomatkarte vergessen hast und nochmal kurz nachhause fährst), wirst du Angezeigt und bekommst einen Unterlassungsbescheid mit 270€ Strafe. Das ist alles eine Masche mit der gezeiht versucht wirst dich zum zahlen zu bringen, also bitte vorsichtig vor solchen Scammern!!!! ATTENTION SCAMMER !!!! The FS petrol station has replaced the old Oil petrol station and is deliberately trying to mislead you to report it. An unusually large number of arrows on the ground tries to guide you through the gas station even though you did not want to fill up (for this, extra machines were placed in front of the gas station). The sign that indicates private property hangs at the bottom of the floor. As soon as you drive through the gas station without refueling (.... yes, even if you have forgotten your ATM card and go home again for a moment), you will be reported and you will receive a cease and desist notice with a fine of € 270. This is all a scam that is drawn trying to get you to pay, so please be careful of such scammers !!!!
J	Josef Bernhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist ja ganz super. Ich war vor kurzem dort beim Staubsaugen am Tankstellengelände und bin danach durch die Tankstelle ausgefahren. (Weil anders gehts ja nicht.) Jetzt kann ich warten ob ich auch diese Strafe bekomme??? Wenn es so sein sollte, dann sieht mich diese Tankstelle nie wieder. Das ist klar! That's really great. I was there recently while vacuuming the gas station area and then drove through the gas station. (Because there's no other way.) Now I can wait to see if I get this penalty too??? If that's the case, this gas station will never see me again. That is clear!

Der Autohändler ist aber nur durch diese eine Einfahrt erreichbar! Am besten man macht einen großen Bogen um dieses Areal! Beware of corrupt rip-offs! Was there in October to view a car. They charge 270 € for driving through the gas station! The car dealer can only be reached through this one entrance! The best thing to do is to steer clear of this area!

G	Guido Turistico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was also a victim of this “Besitzstörungs”, but I managed neither to pay, nor to get a lawsuit, therefore here some suggestions. The situation at that place is very questionable: -The area is rented also to other four companies with no separate accesses. -They are sending letters also to customers of their neighbours (and apparently even to their own) -Their landowner told me, that they must allow transit -The signage is partially misleading and partially hidden Although I could prove to be a customer of their neighbour, they did not desist; therefore, I decided to fight them: As instructed by my lawyer, I called them and offered to sign a modified “Unterlassungserklärung”, with a reduced fine of zero euro. In alternative, it would have been my pleasure to bring them to court till third instance. They promised to call back, but never did, therefore I never paid anything. After the deadline I discovered that they did not have started any lawsuit against me.
