★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will depend on your service manager. The first I had was nice experienced. Was easy to deal with. Second time it was beginner. Everything was long and ineffective. Especially the communication with insurance. The could not charge directly, so invoice had to come to o me and I had to charge insurance company. Strange....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VW Sales agents have no motivation to sell cars. No one greeted me. There were plenty of people at this location. However, only after 15 min of waiting and a very strong complaint did someone came to help. Then again only to give me a bunch of excuses.
To the manager, if you want to stay in business tell your sales people to make an effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISASTER!!! Unfortunately I see no other way to contact you. I called you thousand times already, to all your phone numbers at every of your departments at Leopoldauerstraße filial. No-one even answers! Seems like no one wants to work (see comments below from others) and even to pick up the phone - is something beyond your possibilities. I would send everyone who is responsible for communication with clients in any way to AMS.
