Unsre Betreuerinnen sind sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und immer sehr bemüht. Manche Firmen, die von der IVT beauftragt werden, sind etwas lahm (diverse Handwerker usw., die schon am Bau unserer Anlage beteiligt warn und auch schon damals zwei Linke gehabt haben) aber da kann die IVT ja nix dafür. Well, I do not know, what the other reviewers have since all, I have really only positive experiences with the IVT. Our supervisors are very competent, helpful and always very hard-working. Some companies, which are commissioned by the IVT are a bit lame (various craftsmen, etc., who already participated in the construction of our plant warn and even then had two leftists) but there the IVT can not do anything for it.
R	Roland Barro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Mieter eines Hauses, welches die I.V.T. Gebäudeverwaltung verwaltet. Das Personal dieser Gebäudeverwaltung ist derart frech und unverschämt. Wenn man anruft und irgend etwas meldet, was im Haus nicht in Ordnung ist, muss man lange warten, bis es erledigt wird, wenn überhaupt. Wenn man dann nochmals anruft, wird man dann auch noch sekkiert und muss dann noch länger warten, obwohl man doch als Mieter das Recht hat, dass Mängel in einer angemessenen Zeit behoben werden. Es kommt auch öfters vor, dass Mieter beauftragt werden, Angelegenheit im Haus zu regeln, weil sie scheinbar zu bequem sind, selbst ins Haus zu kommen. I am a tenant of a house owned by I.V.T. Building management managed. The staff of this building management is so cheeky and outrageous. If you call and report something that is wrong in the house, you have to wait a long time for it to be dealt with, if at all. If you then call again, you will be sacked and then have to wait even longer, although as a tenant you have the right to have defects rectified in a reasonable time. It also often happens that tenants are hired to sort things out in the house because they are apparently too comfortable to come into the house themselves.
F	Franz Klanner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben die I.V.T. Verwaltungsgesellschaft für unsere Anlage von mehreren Häusern. Die verantwortlichen Personen bei I.V.T. haben kein Interesse bei Problemen einzuschreiten. Z.b. gibt es seit 2 Jahren einen undichten Kanalabfluss mit tw. starkem Kanalgeruch. Die I.V.T schickt zwar eine Firma, die das untersucht und ein Leck feststellt, aber das Leck wird seit Monaten nicht beseitigt. Vermutlich verdient die I.V.T. dabei zu wenig über ihre Partnerfirma. Da in der Anlage mehrere Parteien mit der Betreuerin "befreundet" sind und dadurch auch bessere Unterstützung als andere Miteigentümer bekommen, ist es auch nicht möglich diese Immobilienverwaltung zu wechseln. Wir können nur intensiv abraten, sich dieser Immobilienverwaltung auszusetzen. We have the I.V.T. Management company for our investment of several houses. The responsible persons at I.V.T. have no interest in intervening with problems. E.g. there has been a leaky sewer drain with tw. strong sewer smell. The I.V.T is sending a company to investigate and detect a leak, but the leak has not been resolved for months. The I.V.T. too little about their partner company. Since several parties are "friends" with the supervisor in the facility and thus receive better support than other co-owners, it is also not possible to change this property management. We can only advise against exposing yourself to this property management.
J	J. Cannonball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein enttäuschendes, unfreundliches Gespräch im Rahmen meiner Bewerbung um eine kleine Wohnung bei dieser Hausverwaltung erlebt. Ich musste sämtliche persönliche Daten von mir Preis geben. Angaben, die ich z.T. bereits vorab dem Immobilienmakler mitgeteilt habe und was für meinen Geschmack zu weit geht. Dies kann nicht im Interesse des Vermieters sein. U.a. wurde ich gefragt ob ich mit einer Erhöhung der vereinbarten Kaution, die eh schon überdurchschnittlich hoch angesetzt war, einverstanden wäre. Desweiteren wurde mir mitgeteilt das Mieterhöhungen, wenn rechtlich möglich, immer in voller Höhe stattfinden werden. Einen Tag nach dem Gespräch bekam ich ohne Angaben von Gründen eine Absage obwohl mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass mit einer Entscheidung in ca. 2 Wochen zu rechnen ist. Ich hätte mir ein gewisses Grundvertrauen und mehr Ehrlichkeit von einer Hausverwaltung gewünscht um eine Abwicklung fairer zu gestalten und damit die Freunde auf ein neues Zuhause zu erhalten. Fürchterliche Leute. I experienced a disappointing, unfriendly conversation as part of my application for a small apartment with this property manager. I had to disclose all of my personal information. Information that I partially I have already informed the real estate agent in advance and what goes too far for my taste. This cannot be in the landlord's interest. Among other things I was asked whether I would agree to an increase in the agreed deposit, which was already set above average. Furthermore, I was informed that rent increases will always take place in full if legally possible. A day after the interview, I received a rejection without reason, even though I was informed that a decision can be expected in about 2 weeks. I would have liked a certain basic trust and more honesty from a property manager to make the transaction fairer and to get the friends to a new home. Terrible people.
