B	Barbora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise schreibe ich nur gute Bewertungen aber noch nie habe ich derartiges Verhalten bei einem Unternehmen erlebt, Emails werden ignoriert, Sicherheitsvorkehrungen werden missachtet, Fristen werden erfunden/geleugnet, Geld wird nicht ausbezahlt.... Würde keinem zu einer Geschäftsbeziehung raten. Usually I only write good reviews, but I've never seen such behavior in a company, emails are ignored, safety precautions are disregarded, deadlines are invented / denied, money is not paid .... Wouldn't recommend a business relationship to anyone.
L	L E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sogar 1 Stern ist zu viel. Reagieren nicht, und wenn sie das tun, dann ausweichend. Spielen auf Zeit bis man zermürbt aufgibt und Mängel akzeptiert. Finden immer wieder neue Ausreden, um nicht tätig zu werden. Keine Transparenz zu Abrechnungen. Fragwürdige Handwerkerrechnungen. Miserable Betreuung (falls man das überhaupt so nennen kann). Man wird als unangenehmer Bittsteller behandelt und lässt es einen auch spüren. Even 1 star is too much. Don't react, and when they do, evasive. Playing for a while until you give up wearily and accept deficiencies. Always find new excuses not to act. No billing transparency. Questionable tradesman bills. Miserable support (if you can even call it that). You are treated as an unpleasant supplicant and let you feel it.
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann von dieser Hausverwaltung nur abraten. Seit knappen drei Jahren haben wir schon mit dieser zu tun (wegen vertraglicher Bindung) und hatten nur Probleme... 1. Enorm hohe Kosten und Nachzahlungen ohne jeglicher Transparenz 2. Es wurden kaum Leistungen erbracht wofür sie ja eigentlich zuständig wären. Also für nix bezahlt. 3. Wenn eine unverschämt hohe Rechnung bevorstand kam die NV auf die grandiose Idee, die Eigentümer mehrere Monate nicht davon zu informieren. Daher nur ein Stern I can only advise against this property management. We have been dealing with this for almost three years (due to contractual obligations) and only had problems ... 1. Enormously high costs and additional payments without any transparency 2. Hardly any services were provided for which they were actually responsible. So paid for nothing. 3. When an outrageously high bill was imminent, the NV came up with the great idea of not informing the owners of this for several months. Hence only one star

Eigentlich sollte nur unsere Therme ausgetauscht werden, angestoßen durch den Rauchfangkehrer, der dieses alte Model als nicht mehr Richtlinien konform ansah. Daraus ist nun ein Wahnsinn geworden der sich ein Jahr lang zieht, da die NV Immobilien wohl nur die günstigsten & inkompetentesten Installateure anheuert, dafür aber halt 10 Mal kommen lässt. Stand Heute: Rauchfangkehrer sah die Installation der neuen Therme als absoluten Pfusch an, Installateur wurde wieder hergeschickt, diesmal hat er das Gerät einfach Kaputt gemacht und sagt er kriegt keine Ersatzteile. Es ist Februar, wir haben kein Warmwasser und keine Heizung. Complete chaos, just don't touch it. Actually, only our thermal bath should be replaced, prompted by the chimney sweep, who regarded this old model as no longer compliant with the guidelines. This has now become a madness that lasts for a year, since NV Immobilien probably only hires the cheapest and most incompetent installers, but lets them come 10 times. Status today: Chimney sweeper saw the installation of the new thermal bath as an absolute bungle, the installer was sent back, this time he simply broke the device and says he can't get any spare parts. It's February, we have no hot water and no heating.

Zu mangelhafter Kommunikation und nachlässiger Buchhaltung (Mahnungen wurden geschickt, obwohl der Fehler von der eigenen Buchhaltung verursacht worden war) kam erschwerend hinzu, dass in der Eigentümerversammlung beschlossene Punkte, inkl. Basics wie die Anbringung eines Anschlagkastens und Einrichtung eines Zugangs zum Müllraum für das MA 48, sowie andere Arbeiten im Haus trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage über 6 Monate hinweg nicht erledigt wurden. Als die Eigentümergemeinschaft dann beschloss, die HV zu wechseln, wurde uns trotz dieses sechsmonatigen Betreuungsdefizits (währenddessen die Eigentümergemeinschaft natürlich volle Beiträge bezahlte!) ein Übergabehonorar in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl ich mir die Zeit genommen hatte, den Geschäftsführer persönlich über die Missstände zu informieren. Außer warmen Worten gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend. I can really only advise against this property management. Poor communication and negligent bookkeeping (reminders were sent although the error had been caused by the company's own bookkeeping) was aggravated by the points decided at the owners' meeting, including basics such as installing a notice box and setting up access to the garbage room for the MA 48, as well as other work in the house were not completed over 6 months despite repeated requests. When the community of owners then decided to change the HV, we were billed a handover fee despite this six-month lack of support (during which the community of owners naturally paid full contributions!), although I had taken the time to personally inform the managing director about the grievances. There was no accommodation other than warm words. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Die spielen mit deine Nerven in so eine unprofessionelle Art und Weiße. Die sind alle korrupt vom Management bis zum der einfachste Mitarbeiter. Finger weg von denen! Not even a star. The worst ever. You have to forget the deposit with them, you can't get it anymore. They play with your nerves in such an unprofessional way. They are all corrupt from management down to the humblest employee. Stay away from them!

W	W B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are currently managing our building and we are struggling with the poor quality of services and the high prices of invoices charged by various companies for things which are not done at all, or done with a very poor quality. I hope this company will soon change their policy or close; people have enough problems in their lives.
