Von den vielen Hausverwaltungen, mit denen ich zu tun hatte und habe, ist Pusta & Partner die bisher EINZIGE, die sich wirklich proaktiv einsetzt, Kosten niedrig zu halten, immer Vergleichsangebote einholt und präsentiert, solche Prozesse transparent macht und ebenenfalls die Betriebskosten komplett transparent hält. Endlich mal ein Verwalter, der sich wirklich für die Eigentümer bzw. Bewohner einsetzt. (Bei allen anderen hat man immer das Gefühl, sie wollen die Arbeit bloss möglichst schnell vom Tisch, ist ja nicht das eigene Geld, bzw. hat man manchmal das Bauchgefühl, sie machen gemeinsame Sache mit externen Dienstleistern.) Hier unterscheidet sich P&P von anderen Hausverwaltungen, was sich auf die Betriebskosten positiv auswirkt. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Pusta & Partner is the property management company in Odoakergasse. Das ist so ein unfreundliches Unternehmen und hochnäsig bis zum geht nicht mehr. Durch verspätete Antworten wird auch gerne der Mietvertrag nicht rechtzeitig gekündigt. Cheeky how this property management deals with you. On the phone you will be dismissed cheekily, by mail will not be answered. Late replies mean that the rental contract is often not terminated in good time.
