Slowly, the shops are creating better infrastructure. Negative is the part bad / defective execution of the structures. For several months now, doors and windows have been vibrating again when the ÖBB or the CAT is in a hurry ...

Das Passivhaussytem ist allerdings nicht ausgereift. Es kann nur Stiegenweise reguliert werden. Im 6. Stock immer mindestens 23 Grad im Winter was für Schlafräume zu warm ist. Dadurch muss ich im Winter immer das Fenster geöffnet halten was den Energiespargedanken ad absurdum führt.
Nice place to live. Greenery, excellent infrastructure.
The passive house system is not mature, however. Only stairs can be regulated. On the 6th floor always at least 23 degrees in winter which is too warm for bedrooms. As a result, I always have to keep the window open in winter, which leads to the idea of energy saving being absurd.
