-small breakfast but great selection
-friendly staff
-right on shopping street and next to opera house,close to everything
-relatively quiet
NOT SO GOOD :
-tiny rooms and bathrooms,my boyfriend had to sit sideways on toilet or else he wouldn't fit
-no A/C,and even at the beginning of September it was getting hot
Overall,this is a great hotel to stay in for a short stay,however keep it mind it is very small and warm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are cozy and have an amazing atmosphere! Breakfast is tasty. They coukd stand to modernize a bit and get somec a/c. Only other complaint is the noisy night life, but that's to be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel registered me for 2 rooms and 3 days,though I told them I reserved one room only, and they debited my bank card. Booking. com said they did their best so that I could be refunded, but I doubt they did anything as it didn't change anything.
This is a real shame and I strongly advise against staying in such an hotel run by so dishonest people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely located small hotel in the heart of Vienna, around 600 meters from Cathedral. Staff is kind and professional, helpfull, and breakfast is decent. Metro connection, as well as tram and buses are all very close by. Small but cozy rooms, in rustic style. Overall, I quite enjoyed my time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 8 nights at this hotel and were very pleased! All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. The rooms are kept very clean and the included breakfast was delicious! The hotel is located 1 block from the Opera House and shopping promenade. It is an easy 15 minute walk to the museums. I highly recommend it
