★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, polite and helpful reception! The view from the room nothing special, a bit far from the centre but there is a bus station exactly outside from the hotel. Good quality - price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of 8 hotels that didn't refund my money for the reservation. I canceled because one member of ours got sick with covid. I announced more than a week before. they are hungry for money please avoid this place! can't understand problems like humans. the other 7 bookings from our trip understood the issue and did a complete refund.
To answer to your reply:
First of all you misspelled my name. Second I got 30 euros out of 104. I don't want to offend you but you don't have math skills as you think it's 50%. Third I hope you will remain healthy and safe from getting sick.

Pros: close to the railway station, bus stop right in front of the hotel, no surprises with check in and check out processes.
Cons: the room descriptions are exaggerated, the rooms are quite ordinary compared to description, don’t look as good and clean as in photos, our room wasn’t really that clean. The cleaning staff are too stubborn to clean properly, cleaning is purely superficial and don’t really clean the rooms during the stay.
All in all, we felt it was a bit low on quality but we mostly stayed outdoors and weren’t forced to stay in the room except during nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean rooms with lots of space. Bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries.
Breakfast was great with good amont of items to choose from.
There was parking, but if the hotel is full you can stay without it.
Overall great hotel for the price.

only comment is on the mattress... either it is super soft or its already damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great about this place, apart from its location which isn't too bad but not central. The room we got was very clean and sufficiently equipped.
The lady at reception was super nice and friendly. The checkin process was smooth. We got a room with lowest price but still everything was clean, room well equipped.
There is bus stop beside the hotel (a plus). However it is better to come with your own car if possible since they offer free parking and honestly the public transport of Salzburg is okayish with poor frequency on weekends.
Overall if i had to visit Salzburg again, wouldn't hesitate to book this place again, considering the price and amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price I paid, I am happy. Room size is big and immediate hot water for shower, the bed linen is comfortable. Receptionist is super friendly and gave a lot of travel suggestions. There is Bus 21 right in front of the hotel which connects to city center, so location is great. The only tiny problem, the interior design tiles are… not pretty hahahahahaha, they could have spent the money on better design…
