w	walter zelch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 01.10.2021 einen Satz neuen Satz Winterreifen mit Felgen bestellt. Die Felgen hatte man auch gleich lagernd das Problem waren die Winterreifen, hier wurde ich von Woche zu Woche vertröstet. Am 04.11.2021 wurde mir mitgeteilt das die Reifen hier sind und gerade vormontiert werden, des weiteren sollt ich noch am selben Tag informiert werden da man die Angelegenheit noch am selben Tag erledigen möchte. Anruf kam nicht. Erst am 05.11.2021 morgens wurde mir tel. mitgeteilt das die Reifen und alles da ist, man aber erst am 22.11.2021 einen Termin zum umstecken hat.(Sommerreifen hätten eigelagert werden sollen). Am Telefon sagte mir der MA noch bei diesem Wetter braucht man ja sowieso noch keine WR. WR Pflicht in Österreich seit 01.11. Ich fragte ihn ob ich jetzt nur in Salzburg fahren soll ? Auf die Frage wann ich in den Lugau oder Pinzgau fahren möchte - keine Antwort. Nicht sehr professionell. Ich habe mir die Reifen heute abgeholt und werde mir jemanden suchen der sie mir umstecken kann, I ordered a set of new winter tires with rims on October 1st, 2021. The rims were also in stock the problem was the winter tires, here I was put off from week to week. On November 4th, 2021 I was informed that the tires were here and were just being pre-assembled, and I should be informed on the same day as the matter would be dealt with on the same day. The call did not come. Only on the morning of November 5th, 2021 was I tel. informed that the tires and everything are there, but you only have an appointment on November 22nd, 2021 (summer tires should have been stored). On the phone, the MA told me that even in this weather there was no need for a WR. WR compulsory in Austria since 01.11. I asked him if I should only drive in Salzburg now? When I asked when I would like to go to Lugau or Pinzgau - no answer. Not very professional. I picked up the tires today and will look for someone who can change them for me,

Prodavac na moje insistiranje nije želeo da kaže svoje ime.. Zakazao sam termin da rešim slučaj i obavestiću kako je bilo.. Sie haben kein Verständnis für den Ausländer, der die Batterie bei ihnen gekauft hat, und wollen aufgrund des Diskriminierungsprinzips keine Lösung vorschlagen, aber sie haben mir erklärt, dass ich die Batterie nicht selbst einbauen musste und das ist das Problem, dass sie funktioniert nicht ... Auf mein Drängen wollte der Verkäufer seinen Namen nicht nennen. Ich habe einen Termin vereinbart, um den Fall zu lösen und ich werde Sie darüber informieren, wie es war. They do not understand the foreigner who bought the battery from them and do not want to suggest a solution due to the principle of discrimination, but they explained to me that I did not have to install the battery myself and that is the problem that it does not work. .. H	Henrique Mata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A week ago I booked personally an appointment in order to fix 3 problems in my car: check warning light, replace/fix the rear windshield wiper & replace one light bulb. On the day of the appointment, after waiting for 1 hour, I am told the following: the warning light was turned off (without investigating why was it on on the first place), the rear windshield wiper was not working properly (that is exactly what I told them on the day of appointment) and that they could not replace the light (even though I brought them the light to be replaced). For this service I was charged 71€. In short, the car is exactly how it was before and I lost 71€. Thank you A.T.U Nord ;)
