★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a room at hotel Valisera for last weekend, but had to cancel it as the trip to Galtür was simply to dangerous due to the weather and road circumstances. It is complete chaos in Austria. Nevertheless the hotel charged me 50% cancelation fee.
Their reply: "The streets to galtür are open and you can arrivel without problems. The weather forecast for friday and saturday are good".
This hotel just take your money. No service in return, no consideration at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly owners and personell. Tidy, comfortable rooms in a classical mountain residence style (lot of wood in rooms). The food is great, good meat and fish and also suitable for vegetarian and vegan guests. Sauna and table tennis in the cellar. As a resident the ski and snowboard storage at local sportstore is free. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Valisera is a really good hotel we have stayed here 3 times now and will stay there again. The rooms are a good size and some have a balcony. The food is first class and Bruno and Andrea will do everything they can to help you have a good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here for the last four years. It is a very comfortable, friendly and a real home from home. The food is excellent and the buffet breakfast is great. We have already booked again for next year. All our thanks to Andrea, Bruno and all the team.
