★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist sauber und hat eine gute Küche. Habe dort an den beiden Abenden meines Aufenthalts das Essen genossen. Frühstück ist typisch was heutzutage in Hotels angeboten wird. Zwei Punkte habe ich wegen dem Umgang der Mitarbeiter untereinander abgezogen. In meinem Fall wurde das Frühstück am zweiten Tag nicht im Hauptraum, sondern in den Stuben serviert. Die Dame am Empfang gab den Mitarbeitern eine Standpauke frei nach dem Motto: "Deid ihr völlig deppert das Frühstück in den Stuben zu servieren?". Als Gast möchte ich solche Konflikte nicht mitbekommen.
 The hotel is clean and has a good kitchen. Enjoyed the meal there on the two evenings of my stay. Breakfast is typical of what is offered in hotels these days. I deducted two points because of the way employees treat each other. In my case, breakfast was not served in the main room on the second day, but in the parlors. The receptionist gave the staff a lecture according to the motto: "Are you completely stupid to serve breakfast in the living room?" As a guest, I don't want to be aware of such conflicts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot, in a friendly village. Well equipped rooms, very friendly waiters etc. Happy to return there within a couple of days to enjoy the spa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to rest and relax (and get some great skiing in!) Food is excellent and the whole environment is great. Spa is really nice if that's your thing. Rooms are nice and staff are lovely.

A good not great ski room (missing lockers).
Dinner is tasty. And the service and friendliness of the employees is out of this world. Christiane went out of her way to suggest dinner alternatives and to make the kids feel at home.
Breakfast is somewhat lacking in diversity and is very quickly empty. Even if your hotel is not fully booked there should be enough for everyone.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi temperature is very low. So good for a quick dip but a little warmer would be better.
