★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arriving, our room was too hot and none of us could sleep. There was a light fixture above our table that every single time you got up from it, you would hit your head on. The bathroom doors didnt close all the way, had no locks and you could see straight into the shower from the bedroom. There wer only three outlets in the whole living room, I had to work on my laptop from the kitchen sometimes. But, the service was excellent, when we walked downstairs for breakfast on our first day they asked us genuine questions about how we slept and how they could make it better. The food was a nice european breakfast with a coffee machine with plenty of options, juice, pastries, cold cuts and bread. But, quick disclaimer, one out of the three dining rooms that they have is not updated and j kept hitting my knees on the edge of the table. The updated rooms looked very nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay at the VAYA hotel was amazing, the approach of the staff was helpful and kind, the accommodation was beautiful, a great choice for breakfast and excellent dinner. I believe that I will be back soon and spend a pleasant time in this place :)

They meet all expectations and overachieved them too!
Great newly renovated, super clean everywhere, super nice and supportive staff.
The kitchen taste great! They cook fresh and use local ingredients too.
The sauna and pool area is perfect to have a relaxing ending of a day of hiking or skiing.
I recommend the room 401!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay in VAYA was amazing. We were 4 young people living in nice apartmant with two bedrooms. The staff was very pleaesend and we feel like in heaven. There was nothing immpossible to manage. The manager is really profesional. Very good kitchen and waiters servis. Thank you. Just the wellnes is **** and not 5* but was ok enought. 5 min to Ischlg by car or 10min skibus. Good location. the price was good for what we get. I will deffinitly come again when visiting Ischgl.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful & went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. As it was our first ski trip, staff & management provided so much info, advice & tips for best experience. Food was fantastic with a great variety daily. Definitely would highly recommend VAYA Hotel
