★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues. Have returned 5 times and love the easiiness, comfort, views and food. Peter Lorenz and team offer excellent professional service. Skiing in Galtur (5 mins on bus) is nice but limited and in Ischgl (15 mins on bus) is fantastic. Masses of variety and great conditions. There is also a good amount of pisted walking locally for non ( or injured) skiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is really friendly and trying hard to serve. It is on a small hill but the equipment could be store at the ski rental shop next to the bus stop. The only down side is there distance from the slope is 2 bus stops away but it is free.

It is amazing hotel the owner greats you like royalty his team bend over backwards to make your stay like a family friend.
The chefs need to be commend beyond belief every day tantalising
The hotel owner is the most professional in my 6 dacades I have been privaledge to meet.
Crystal's team are exceptional I can't thank amy enough for taking care of me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in on a skiing holiday. The owners look after their guests. Very nice and friendly people and the staff are just amazing. The food was incredible with a great choice to choose from and the facilities are fantastic too. Clean rooms and great views, robes and slippers to wear to the spa. I just can't fault anything here at all. It was an absolute joy to stay here, and I would love to come back here in the future. It's definitely a place I would recommend staying and dining in.
