★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta love the choice on the menu. Several choices for vegetarians, even a vegetarian option from the specialist game week menu. I'm not even vegetarian or vegan but boy, do they cater for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel is decent, being fairly close to public transport and within walking distance of some attractions if you enjoy long walks. Staff are fluent in both English and German and are friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many pros and cons! Located very close to the community cementary of the city. Cons: Rooms facing in front the cementary and in the back a noisy street. We booked a comfort room with AC. A tiny room, clean, new and stylish interior. But the so called AC was not able to lower the temps, so it was almost impossible to get a refreshing sleep. Second night we tried with wide open window, just real noisy. Bad energy place. Pros: excellent breakfast buffet, everything fresh and in high quality. Warm local lunch and dinner with daily offers. A small summer garden to enjoy a glass of wine or beer after a long day. The restaurant is a gem, but the hotel was not right for us. (We are traveling a lot and are not very picky..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking was easy, and a walk in to the centre took 25 minutes. The room was not prepared in time; the shower area leaked badly; there was mould in the corner of the bathroom ceiling; we were given a room facing a noisy road when we requested a quiet room when we booked in advance. the food was cold and there were limited options. They have no caffeine free drinks for example. I cannot believe that this has four stars. It is so poor compared to the wonderful hotel that we had stayed in before this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young staff very friendly and efficient. Bus 5 leaves to City Center and Untersbergbahn every 10 minutes. Beds were very comfortable. I like a water cooker in the room which they did not have, but they always tried to get me boiling water. Breakfast is 15 euro very high quality bio ingredients but perhaps lacking in variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel and staff are the best. We had to go to Salzburg for a family emergency and needed to keep changing our stay. They were very accommodating. The waiters, waitresses, bar tenders, cooks, cleaning staff, and of course reception and owner all deserve praises. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. Frau Puehringer was most helpful in assisting us to get our covid tests as we needed to get them to enter the hospital for visiting. Transportation is also convenient as there are 2 nearby buses that go to town. I plan to stay here again soon!
