★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyable brunch spot with an inventive menu, putting a twist on the usual late morning hang ups. Plates are on the slightly smaller size which is a great excuse to sample more of the menu - the highlight for me is the beetroot bagel filled with duck breast and the show stealing horseradish salad. For beverages, the pot of pour coffee is served to perfection and ideal for two. Alternatively, if you're feeling especially hungry, you can opt for the brunch board that offers a selection of sweet and savoury dishes. Service is friendly and reasonably attentive. Although a little outside of the main town, it is a great place to start the day if you're looking to explore Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Monchsberg Trail. Come prepared, this is a cash only establishment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A refreshingly sophisticated fine dining experience for Salzburg. Ordered the surprise menu which consisted of a variety of dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
Unique wine concept where you choose your own bottle from an array of fridges and racks.
Prices are somewhat steep but in line with others like it. Starting at 120€ per head if you share a bottle of wine.
