C	CremeSchnitzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren 2013 im Appartement 4 "Panoramablick" und haben von dort aus unseren Urlaub genossen. Man hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf Kaprun, das dahinterliegende Tal und, wenn man den Kopf etwas dreht, auch auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Die Zimmer waren sauber, und geräumig. Allerdings waren die TVs nicht richtig scharf. Desweiteren war die Küche winzig und ist somit niemals für 5-7 Personen geeignet, denn es gibt nur vier Stühle an dem kleinen Tisch. Die Auswahl an Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck war auch nicht sonderlich groß. Außerdem gab es im Eingangsbereich des Hauses Prospekte über Prospekte und einen Laptop mit Internetzugang. Alles kostenlos! Prospekte gab es aber nicht nur dort sondern die Vermieterin hatte bereits welche in der Wohnung für uns ausgelegt. Das beste war natürlich, das es die Zell am See/Kaprun Sommerkarte dazu gab, mit der man ziemlich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kostenlos oder mit Rabatt besichtigen konnte. Letztendlich würde ich behaupten, dass der Preis angemessen war, sich aber nicht zu den günstigsten Angeboten zählen kann, die es im Raum Zell am See/Kaprun gibt/gab. Die Vermieterin war äußerst nett und am Abreisetag gabs von ihr noch eine kleines Geschenk. PS: Das Haus ist leicht zu finden, da es bereits im Ortskern ausgewiesen ist. Ein Autostellplatz ist auch vorhanden! We stayed in Apartment 4 "Panoramablick" in 2013 and enjoyed our holiday from there. You had a wonderful view of Kaprun, the valley behind it and, if you turn your head a bit, on the Kitzsteinhorn. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, the TVs were not really hot. Furthermore, the kitchen was tiny and is therefore never suitable for 5-7 people, because there are only four chairs at the small table. The selection of pots, dishes and cutlery was not very big either. In addition, there were in the entrance area of the house brochures on brochures and a laptop with Internet access. Everything is free! Brochures were not only there but the landlady had already designed which in the apartment for us. The best thing was, of course, that there was the Zell am See / Kaprun summer card, with which you could visit quite a few attractions for free or with discount. Ultimately, I would argue that the price was reasonable, but can not be counted among the cheapest deals in the Zell am See / Kaprun area. The landlady was extremely nice and on the day of departure there was still a small gift from her. PS: The house is easy to find, as it is already indicated in the center. A car parking space is also available!

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, problemlose Abwicklung von Anmeldung, Ankunft etc., zentrale Lage, sehr sauber - und sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk! Was will man mehr? Von ca. fünf bisher in Kaprun ausprobierten Quartieren das mit Abstand beste. Excellent price / performance ratio. Very friendly landlady, easy handling of registration, arrival, etc., central location, very clean - and even a small farewell gift! What more do you want? Of about five previously tried out in Kaprun neighborhoods by far the best.

We have been visiting kaprun for over 25 years and always have our accommodation in the Lingner apartment. We have grown very fond of Erna Kleinmann.

Apartments are very cosy, clean and warm family place. We have two small children ( 9 and 5) hence, two bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Each sleeping room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a small dish washer. TV’s are available in every room and in the kitchen, with live cams broadcasting the conditions from the Kaprun ski areas. Very useful when making a choice if you want to go skiing on the glacier or have relaxing day in Kaprun’s fantastic spa. There is enough place in the warm basement for the ski and board gears and enough parking spots in front of the house. Shops and restaurants are in short walking distance. Miss Erna Kleinmann was wonderful. We loved our mornings when warm bread was waiting for us delivered from the local bakery. Erna was also very helpful with tips for beautiful sightseeing’s and fantastic dinners we had. Dear Erna, thank you so much on wonderful vacation. We are certainly coming back to your lovely place.
