H	Helmut Bubestinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great business hotel. Free WIFI, working desk in the room, great breakfast buffet and made to order dishes. I recommend a room to the backyard to avoid the traffic noise.

R	Rawan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived in Linz the airport had recommended us this hotel, and all I have is regret for this hotel.. we stayed here for almost a week now and this week was hell for us. The rooms were very dirty when we arrived, the bathrooms werent cleaned properly, the 'elegant food' we were told about had flies and ants in then when it came, and also the room service said alot about how the staff treat the people checked into the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because all that it has give me is back pain from the beds. Worst 8 days I have spent in Linz. Wir hatten die schlimmsten zeiten und werde diesen platz nie wieder nochmal besuchen wegen dieser schlechte hotel. Man könnte such besser als diesen hotel finden. Danke für nichts.

I think they didn't liked me as I complained for Wi-Fi network issue for one week which still yet not resolved and expecting it to be done when I will about to leave the hotel.. I would never recommend this hotel. People on reception are too greedy and rude... They think they are the smartest people in linz and can say or comment what ever they want. Not at all friendly and harsh with words and behavior. Very rude, disrespectful, not worthy enough. Thanks prielmayerhof for pathetic experience.
A	Aseel Al Khars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prielmayerhof is not a "complementary four star hotel". I don't recommend it to anyone The reasons as follows: 1. Rude, not professional nor people friendly, dishonest, greedy & disrespectful male receptionist 2. Small rooms and not even soundproof. Keep in mind, that's its stated that ALL ROOMS ARE SOUNDPROOF 3. Uncomfortable beds 4. Rooms had bad Odors 5. Inedible food. bugs found inside 6. The "room service" - the food tray is placed on the sleeping beds 7. No tea making facility in any rooms 8. Parking garage is overly priced 9. Breakfast buffet could be better. 10. No A/C . It was broken and never been fixed- since the first day 11. Bad weather conditions- tv will not work. Nor is there any technical support 12. Difficult to park in the garage with a big car 13. Place looks old and the lobby is cramped
A	Antonella McSee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located well, Breakfast is ok too. Rooms are tidy, but boring and not cozy at all. No soap or vanity set was provided. No possibility to iron your cloth for a meeting. Quite expensive for little service.
B	Bart Polot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is ok, just in front of the hotel there's a mass transit stop, trip to the central train station by taxi is 10 minutes and 8 EUR. Room absolutely fine, big and well organized. Bed great, very comfortable. Outlets are a bit weirdly distributed, but nothing too bad. WiFi free and decent. Bathroom very weird. No separation at all between the small shower and the rest of the bathroom. Taking a shower results in a small flood, I am not sure the cleaning staff finds it amusing. The sink is actually in the room near the bathroom sliding door. Everything very clean, mild smell of disinfectant in the bathroom but not to the point of unpleasantness. Staff very friendly and accommodating, no problem accommodating last minute changes. Overall a perfectly usable hotel.
S	Stefan Matei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever in a hotel in Austria. They told us a price when we check it and another, in the morning, when we check up. But this is not the best part. When we arrived at the hotel, at 2 am, and they gave us the key from a room where someone was already sleeping. When give it another chance and received another key to another room, we have the same expierence- a lady was sleeping.
