A	Andreas Npg Nhmb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also in den letzten Jahren wurde es immer schlimmer. 2 Monate Wartezeit auf einen Termin, dann wird ein Zahn behandelt obwohl man mehr Probleme hätte! Dann wieder 2 Monate Wartezeit! Beim Termin selbst dann 4 Stunden gewartet! So in the last few years it has gotten worse and worse. 2 months waiting for an appointment, then a tooth will be treated even though there are more problems! Then another 2 months waiting time! Waited 4 hours at the appointment itself!

B	Butter Blume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für alle die es nicht wissen: Man kann in Österreich als Deutscher ganz normal zum Zahnarzt. Entweder über die deutsche Krankenkasse oder auf eigene Kosten. Das Zahnambulatorium ist eine Einrichtung der Österreichischen Gebietskrankenkasse (ÖGK) und wird von denen betrieben. Sie sind sehr gut ausgestattet und anders wie in Deutschland wird alles genau besprochen. Ich bin jetzt hier dauerhafter Patient. Nochmals Danke! For those who don't know: As a German, you can go to the dentist as normal in Austria. Either through the German health insurance company or at your own expense. The dental clinic is a facility of the Austrian Regional Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) and is operated by them. They are very well equipped and, unlike in Germany, everything is discussed in detail. I am a permanent patient here now. Thanks again!

Ich hatte keinen Termin, musste kaum warten, und wurde von Dr. Zehetmayr und seiner Assistentin äußerst kompetent und fast schon liebevoll behandelt. Das Team war zwar sehr bemüht dennoch wurde daraus eine derart traumatisierende Wurzelbehandlung, dass ich seither unter Zahnarztphobie leide und auch seit dieser Prozedur nicht mehr beim Zahnarzt war. Nun ist es leider soweit das die provisorische Füllung raus ist und die Wurzelkanäle frei liegen. Ich höllische Schnerzen habe und mir eine Behandlung in Vollnarkose nicht leisten kann. Eine normale Behandlung ist nicht möglich da ich unter Panik Attacken leide und es nicht mal bis zum Eingang schaffe. I was there because of acute pain. Was treated quickly. The team tried very hard, but it turned out to be such a traumatizing root treatment that I have suffered from dental phobia ever since and have not been to the dentist since this procedure. Now, unfortunately, the time has come that the temporary filling is out and the root canals are exposed. I have terrible pain and cannot afford treatment under general anesthesia. Normal treatment is not possible because I suffer from panic attacks and can't even make it to the entrance.

Ich habe mich gut betreut gefühlt. Das Problem war rasch behoben. Wartezeiten gab es kaum. Perfekt ist auch die Organisation der inneren Abläufe: Ankunft, Erfassung, Röntgen, Behandlung - perfekt.
