★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars because the food is really outstanding (roof and restaurant)! The breakfast is OK.
The rooms are small. booked a last minute a room (#307) last Tuesday. I expected that it was a bigger room (pretended by the reception) but reading on booking.com, it was only a small double room (no coffee machine, no balcony, no air conditioning) and on the street side, it is noisy.
Usually, I use booking.com but I did my mistake; I used directly the hotel reception and did not take care enough what was proposed (my car was waiting in the ramp in the park)… The second night, we could change to a room with a balcony on quiet side (also small) (#201)
So I did not selected the fifth star...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On March 12, my husband Ivan Aleksin booked and paid for a room at this hotel through booking. The payment for the room was taken from the card before arrival at the hotel. on the morning of check-out on March 13 at the hotel we were asked to pay again, explaining that we paid only an advance payment for the room. although we showed the fact of payment at the reception. on booking the payment for the room is 108 euros. I think we paid twice for the room. We eat from Ukraine, we run from the war, and our hometown of Irpen, near Kiev, was destroyed by Russian troops. Please, give an explanation for the double payment !! because for us it is a significant amount
