Sie arbeiten extra langsam damit die menschen da draußen umsonst warten ! unfriendly, you keep people waiting for free, never reachable by phone. They work extra slowly so that people out there wait for free!

Sogar wenn man per Durchwahl anruft hebt keiner ab. Was soll das? Schämen sollte man sich, das andere Menschen einem sooo egal ist! ?? Absolutely crazy, for over a week I try to call 15 times a day and no one ever answers. Even if you call by extension, no one picks up. What shoud that? You should be ashamed that you don't care so much about other people! ??

Du kommst rein mit einem Termin der überhaupt nichts bedeutet da man hier einfach stundenlang wartet. Nochmal zu erwähnen hier geht es um eine Kopie von einem Reisepassfoto...Gibt es wirklich keine digitale Lösungen im Jahr 2021? Richtig schlecht organisiert, Personalmängel bis zu geht nicht mehr. Einfach schwach... Und dann wollen sie noch zusätzlich das Personal wegen Impfungen kündigen... Ach ja nochwas. Man kommt hin, die Leute die nach dir da waren sind schneller fertig als ich selbst... bitte führt doch wenigstens irgendwelche Wartenummern ein. Been here for a photo confirmation for my e-card. Like in the stone age. You come in with an appointment that means nothing at all because you just wait here for hours. To mention again this is about a copy of a passport photo ... Are there really no digital solutions in 2021? Really badly organized, staff shortages are no longer possible. Simply weak ... And then they also want to fire the staff because of vaccinations ... Oh yes one more thing. You can get there, the people who came after you are finished faster than me ... please at least introduce some waiting numbers.

Ich habe heute 3 Stunden an der Warteschlange im eiskalten Wetter gewartet und am ende dürfte ich und die übrigen Leute ( um 11:07 Uhr) nicht reinkommen. Diese Situation ist mir 2 mal innerhalb dieser Woche passiert. Es ist einfach Wannsinn. It's just a waste of time. Today I waited 3 hours in the queue in the freezing weather and in the end I and the rest of the people (at 11:07 am) were not allowed to come in. This situation happened to me twice within this week. It's just when it makes sense.
