P	Pavlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Все добре чисто та охайно , зручне ліжко, але не зрозуміло чому там питають про вакцинацію якщо умови в’їзду передбачають надання документів при в’їзді. При бронюванні нічого про це не сказано. Бронювання здійснюється лише при повній передоплаті що само по собі не дуже. Нема Wi - fi. Everything is well clean and tidy, comfortable bed, but it is not clear why they ask about vaccination if the conditions of entry include the provision of documents at entry. Nothing is said when booking. Reservations are made only with full prepayment, which in itself is not very much. No Wi-Fi.
S	Sebastian Rüth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativ: Das Bett knarzt bei jeder Bewegung, das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist dreckig und unhygienisch. Im Bett fremde Hare zu finden lässt einen richtig gut schlafen. Nachdem ich vom Frühstück probierte, hab ich es stehen lassen und bin außerhalb Frühstücken gegangen. Positiv: Sehr billig. Wer einfach nur eine Nacht irgendwo schlafen will ist es ok (wenn das Bett sauber ist) Cons: The bed creaks with every movement, the room and especially the bathroom is dirty and unhygienic. Finding strangers hair in bed makes you sleep really well. After I tried breakfast, I left it and went to breakfast outside. Pros: Very cheap. If you just want to sleep somewhere for one night, it's ok (if the bed is clean)

Mi hanno mandato un messaggio dopo dicendomi che dopo le 19 non c'era più nessuno alla reception e che dovevo digitare un codice per ritirare le chiavi in un box, ma che se la chiave rimanesse bloccata nel box, non erano responsabili. Ho chiesto il rimborso e me lo hanno negato. Loro non potevano garantirmi l'accesso alla struttura, e non volevano rimborsarmi. Poi nessuno parla inglese, per le discussioni è un incubo. Da evitare assolutamente!!! Horrible facility. I specified during the booking that I would arrive at 11pm. They sent me a message later telling me that after 7pm there was no one at the reception anymore and that I had to enter a code to collect the keys in a box, but that if the key got stuck in the box, they weren't responsible. I asked for a refund and they denied it to me. They couldn't guarantee me access to the facility, and they didn't want to reimburse me. Then no one speaks English, for discussions it is a nightmare. To be avoided absolutely !!!

F	Fetze Pijlman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a real cheap budget hotel. No lift (elevator), no wifi internet, a breakfast with lemonade as juice, no eggs, no choices. The bathroom is very tiny, and the rooms look like simple ikea furnitured rooms, no soap. The only positive is, the hotel is direct on tramline 71 to bring you to the heart of Vienna. The staff is very friendly but to go to our room on second floor was 50 steps on the staircase. If you are on level 3, 4 or 5 its even worser. The Booking. com rooms are at the street site which is very noisy by the tram and heavy traffic. The rooms at the back are remodified and quite but smaller and they put 2 beds in single room. I would rate this hotel on 2 stars. For the same money there are better choice with wifi and elevator (lift).
M	Mue The Poe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No English, beds may have little cracks, noisy refrigerator, poor room design. The only merit is that they coule accommodate requests ot early check-in.

Called the hotel and they refused any kind of refund or even a voucher so i can visit at a later date. Also the staff could barely speak English so communication was very hard. Unacceptable behavior to not grant a refund or voucher under a lockdown situation as it is not the visitor's fault. Will not consider them in the future.
