ר	רועי רחמים on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my family ( 2 adults & 2 children) at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was big, 2 separate rooms, it was very clean and the breakfast was good. The only problem was the air condition in our room. It didn't work properly, it was imposible to stay in the room so we opened the windows. Our friends also stayed in the hotel and they had the same problem with the air condition.
L	Lydia Zavadska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was nice & helpful. Room sufficient & clean. I have only 2 suggestions for improvements: 1/ the room for us was changed at the last minute. We got the room 305 with 1 bed ready only at the time around 2:30 -3pm. The promise was to bring pillow & blanket soon. Unfortunately, when we arrived back around 10pm evening, the bed was still not ready. 2/ we would appreciate to arrange bigger caps for coffee.
S	Snehal More on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says it’s 4star hotel but it’s not. One can see it from the facilities provided. The rooms are just fine. Their AC doesn’t work. WiFi is available just for the namesake and never works. If you ask at the reception they just ask you to restart your device. No tea/coffee provided in the room. No drinking water. Staff just pretend to be friendly. Breakfast is not great either. Rooms are not well insulated for sound. You can hear every person waking and talking in the hallway, which gets pretty annoying at night. Overall experience is not that great.
N	Nivelina Beleva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't stayed here but me and a friend needed to wait for our Bus until 04:00h and the bus station was closed, it was snowing and we were really tired so we saw this hotel was close to the bus station and decided to come. They let us stay at the lobby during the night and the Reception man was really nice. Plus, free WiFi at the lobby. Thank you!!! We will stay here whenever we have the opportunity!
B	Bruno Leuzzi (Бруно) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for 3 days, super clean, well organized and the receptionists are very kind and ready to help you. The room was nice and very big. The hotel is in a little retrò style but it's nice and clean. Not too far from the underground and just 8 minutes away from the railway that goes directly to the airport. There's even a bus station 5 minutes away from the hotel so you get the chance to do other trips.
K	Kevin Savage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a little out of the way of the city Centre but it’s an easy 30 minute walk to it or a 10 minute Uber ride. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a spa and simulator golf which is a plus. The room is above average size for a single bed and has a great bathroom with amazing water pressure. The bed was comfortable but the room was a million degrees. The internet was also very spotty which was a bit annoying
