B	Bridget Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Walked in to a unfriendly staff who never smiled or acknowledged you walking in and out of hotel . Rooms look tired in need of updating. The breakfast is awful . Coffee was like bad vending machine coffee. The eggs were so bad in the serving dish I had to ask what it was… Atmosphere is unfriendly and there breakfast room is too small for the amount of guest staying out of the three days we had to wait just to sit at a table. It’s close but there are better choices even closer so why stay there. It’s not rustic Austria they just haven’t remodeled rooms. The only space which is now “modern “ is the breakfast room which is too small

The room in which we stayed was very big and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good and you can always find something to eat even 10 min before closing.

K	Kentaro Wada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, very close to city centre of Vienna and 10 minute walk from Wien Mitte station from which trains to the Vienna international airport depart. buffet style breakfast was fantastic! A variety of bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes, bananas, apples, oranges, yogurt, milk and cereal’s, Coffee, tea, sweetened bread.
M	MarcoPolo B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great stay here over the weekend. The rooms were of a good quality and kept very clean. Very central and between 5-10 minute walk to Stephansdom. Very nice breakfast too. The only two faults were the air conditioning unit not working (which did not matter in early March, but summer travellers would find frustrating) and also that the hotel tried to take payment the day before our stay, when I had indicated I would pay at check-in. This is a strong recommendation for this hotel for travellers on a budget.
