j	james harbourne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was only ok ..location central .. took the offer of 2 free drinks in the hotel bar instead of daily cleaning of your room but the menu and options are cheap and and disappointing also no atmosphere.showers/toilet in the room while slightly unique I’m not so sure if it’s a good fit even for the closest of relationships!! The biggest dissatisfaction was being harassed by housekeeping on the day of our checkout..4 times my door was knocked on from 9:30am and we felt pushed out the door and I was standing on the street outside the hotel very annoyed and stressed and frankly NOT READY! Price versus value I wouldn’t be rushing back

In a hotel of this price range I would expect certain services (calling a taxi, ironing set, dental) to certainly be included. I’ve had much better experiences in hotels of the same and even lower price range.

Both very attentive and helping during our 3-days stay for our anniversary. It was definitelly a pleasure and for sure we will be back soon. Highly recommended, perfect location, good cocktails and OMG the breakfast ?

Unfortunately no food or Gluewein to be had because of the small number of clients (kitchen was closed) at the end of lockdown. While I liked the hotel and how close it was to everything, what really made my stay was the staff - Victoria in particular was wonderful! Patient and helpful, and always took the time. Michelle, Peter, Mara, Georg, Momo, Leon, Lena, and Cedric were also extremely nice, and I really appreciated them. I chose the place first for the location, but will come back for the staff!

Across the street from the Schwedenplatz metro which was perfect to getting around and to the airport. Great, accommodating and friendly staff Cedric, Lena, Michelle - thank you!

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we loved the ruby green incentive (free drink at the bar in exchange for a room clean every 3 days rather than everyday!). Room was small but very clean and modern. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay :) My only comment would be to provide milk or milk sachets in the galley kitchens for UK tea drinkers! :)
