★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a time machine. You will be exported right to the year 1976. The interior is wooden. The benches are of a nameless color. Main Dish is Zwiebelrostbraten with wayyyyy too much salt. There is a DJ playing evergreens. Great. In a way.

The food was good, prices expensive but I guess they were pretty normal considering the hotel is situationed directly at the Achensee.
Very friendly and kind staff. When we were there, there was a live piano player which was very nice for the atmosphere.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy hotel right at the lake. Comfortable, clean and spacious SPA with swimming pools (heated outside), Jacuzzi, saunas and relaxation rooms. Nice views of the mountains and lake from both side.

-Salat was really overpriced for what it was (mainly just green leaves for 17 €)
-no toilet paper and hand towels in a messy bathroom

Unfriendly reception staff since checkin .
hand soap and hand paper towels was empty when we arrived
No water boiler
We call the reception if they have one she didn’t understand and close the phone
Very noisy hotel specially during night you can hear everything outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a gorgeous stay. Hotel super clean, fast service, excellent breakfast and fine 4 services in the evening (I scratched my plate for the last drops of sauce). The sea bar is a plus, free bikes is a plus, the view on the lake is a plus and the spa/pools are great as well. The boss (Stephane) is uber cool. We were very sad when leaving. Highly recommended...
