Having stayed at the majority of the 4+ star hotels around Munich this one was very disappointing.
Service is basically only available when you hunt someone down, then they are reluctant, communication limited (we were told nothing about the services or offerings in the hotel and missed the afternoon tea and a spa menu doesn't exist anywhere). Getting food involved hunting people down again so we gave up.
Rooms, we booked a suite, the room however is the same standard as a Dulex room in any of the other hotel, no nice view. Price totally unjustified.
Seated in restaurant with view of the car park. Moving tables seems impossible even though plenty were free. After asking twice moved for final dinner.
Breakfast very average, no special touches with smoothies or fruits like is done elsewhere, coffee very average. Not even water is available. Had to ask for it with the same friendly eye rolls as a result.
Location could be better also there are nicer places closer to the lake.
Family pool is small with no nice views. In the basement, not great with kids. Kids playroom very sad indeed.
Basically a decent 3 plus star hotel which charges like a 5 star place.
