B	Burak E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel next to the Achensee. It is very easy to reach from Munich, only 2 hours by Train to Jenbach and Taxi to Hotel. Pros: Of course the infinity pool. It is one of the best experience you might have, you are just next to the Achensee, surrounded by snowy mountains, and you are swimming in a pool that is 36 degrees. Amazing. Second, 5 course dinner menu, forget about cheap-all you can eat buffets, they offer a proper-fancy 5 course degustation menu, everyday for the dinner. Cons: Maybe but really maybe I can say they can renew the equipments in the room and especially they can add a kettle to be able to make tea in the room. Tips: You should definitely get a lake view room, we were staying on the 4th floor, and to wake up such a great view is really refreshing.
R	Răzvan Aşchilean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you need some relaxing days. The views near by are amazing. The rooms are very big considering other 4* hotels, their staff is politely. They serve delicious food. Their pool and sauna near the lake are awsome.

G	Gal V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, the view to the lake is amazing! The spa and pool are very nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The dinner course menu was just OK, the food can be better. Parts of the hotel are a little outdated and need renovation. Unfortunately, I can't give this hotel a higher rating. My wife and I don't speak German and don't look local. It felt like some of the staff and guests weren't comfortable with that. I don't know if they were not comfortable with speaking English or just don't appreciate foreigners being there. Anyway, we didn't feel very welcomed. On one occasion, the dinner waiter asked us where are we from and then talked about it with the adjacent table!!! (In German - the country name is pronounced the same as in English) Very rude and unacceptable!

We stayed for two weeks in this hotel and I wished we could have stayed longer. The manager is also the owner so that means dedication. The pool area is one of the most beautiful you’ll ever see. The lake is superb.
S	Simply Normz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is very comfortable and spacious with stunning view of Achensee. The food is super delicious at the restaurant. Outdoor pool and sauna is perfect place to relax after a long day. Highly recommended.
a	ayla kar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in this hotel during August. Location was perfect, right by the lake. Heat pool is a great idea considering the cold water of the lake. Beach bar was quite good with decient service, prices were ok. We liked the view from our room. I would recommend the hotel for summer, to chill out in hot days but honestly it is not a good Wellness hotel. During our stay, we would like to use Saunas and Steam room around 11:00 am, but they were pretty cold (30 degrees) although they were supposed to be ope and ready to use in the morning. Also, facilities needs serious renovation, lots of lose/broken tiles in steam rooms.
