We spent our vacation with the Fam. Reich for over ten years, we became friends, there was never anything negative. Too bad it's over now.

Spülmaschine nicht intakt, Geschirr dreckig, Kücheninventar nicht auf 37 angegebene Personen ausgelegt, falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung des Hauses z.B. keine 15 Parkplätze vorhanden Landlord incredibly rude. Dishwasher not intact, dirty dishes, kitchen inventory not designed for 37 specified people, incorrect information in the description of the house e.g. no 15 parking spaces available

D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Vermieter war super unfreundlich und von niederer Bildung… die Küche war extrem gammelig, hatte unzureichendes Geschirr und Schimmel und Fettflecken schnell zu sichten. Die Skiständer waren zu klein für sämtliche Skier und in den Bädern gab es teilweise Mülleimer ohne Boden und ähnliches, die Fernseher haben auch teilweise nicht funktioniert. Die Terrassentür war vor unserer Ankunft kaputt und wir müssen jetzt die Reparaturkosten bezahlen!!! Zur Krönung hat er uns auch noch als asozial beschimpft! Wer einen erholten Urlaub sucht ist hier nicht richtig!? The landlord was super unfriendly and of low education... the kitchen was extremely scruffy, had insufficient dishes and mold and grease stains to be seen quickly. The ski racks were too small for all skis and in the bathrooms there were garbage cans without a bottom and the like, the TVs didn't work either. The patio door was broken before we arrived and we now have to pay the repair costs!!! To top it off, he also insulted us as antisocial! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is not the place for you!?

Pros: Very hospitable owners and staff trying to accommodate any needs. Very good food served for dinner. Always available free parking near hotel. Sauna and Turkish Hammam are available in the hotel. Our apartment was equipped with smart LCD TV that could play movies directly from external HDD connected through USB. Cons: WiFi was available only on the first floor and was not free. Shower in the bathroom was placed inconvenient.
