★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best location to explore Innsbruck and go up the Alps. All the facilities we can expect of a 4 star hotel plus great service. The rooms are tastefully furnished , beds are comfortable and bathrooms sparkle. Breakfast has good choice of cold food and some hot items too. My second visit to this hotel did not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great standards, great staff, great rooms and amazing breakfast, nice bar below and friendly bar staff, superb location for hotel and old town. Very knowledgeable reception staff and very helpful give you lots of tips on how to save money. Taxi cabs locally are excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Right next to old town and a couple of blocks from the Nordkette cable car and one block from the Marktplatz bus stop. One of the best breakfast buffets in Austria. Was on the top floor, and the A/C had a little trouble making it on a hot day, but other than that, no complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable for exploring the city, the cable car and just taking in the amazing views. The front desk staff were also very helpful & friendly. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in Innsbruck again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a fantastic week at hotel Mondshein and I warmly recommend it. The rooms are pristine, the staff adorable, the breakfast delicious, the location and parking very convenient, we played board games at the bar and tried great cocktails, came back from skying to find warm and welcoming rooms. In a word: this is an excellent hotel to stay, (I know it might sound a little bit like a fake comment but difficult not to be really enthousiastic about this great place to stay in a lovely town).
