★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an average hotel experience until the last day, when I left my luggage with them and later discovered, once I collected it, that multiple items were stolen - including unique pieces of jewellery, perfume and cosmetics - in a room that was locked and supposedly only reception had the key (so who took the items then). Sadly, when I reported it to the hotel, they did not reply for several days and once they did, they did not apologise or offer to investigate, they attacked me for lying and discrediting them and threatened to report me to the police. However, I have already reported the theft to the police in Linz and to the Linz and Austrian Tourist Boards, and am spreading the word not to stay there. Hotels should be protecting customers and their belongings, not stealing from them and accusing them of lying. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room was new, it's not outdated at all, picture of the bathroom to illustrate, the TV was a big flat screen. The location is very good, the price is friendly. The receptionist was kind. The WiFi was a bit on and off, but that might be my phone's fault and anyway the city of Linz has a free WiFi as well.
