★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean hotel, friendly and attentive staff, quiet location right near the cathedral and a short stroll to the town centre.
The room was clean and well looked after by the staff.
I recommend this hotel for short and long stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experiences as whole group and my self included. There is no accessible tramp for handicapped person as entrance, back palor rooms at the back. No ones to help for all luggages included on back room such as door steps, stair to room (65...).
Window left opened for venting ( no air conditioning ) also really concerned about safety and security.
Privacy also compromise for peeking and eavesdropping.
I was treated so rude at morning breakfast due to time slot. Silverware was taken away without question or permission for mistaken identity of another gruop. I was treated differently because my skin, ethic and race.
I would not recommend for any people with color of skin, race , ethic and class.
I feel extremely upset and distraught about one night stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a great stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They truly made it one of the best hotels I've stayed at around the world. Spacious, clean, high standard rooms with a very well laid out space. Really enjoyed the delicious hot cooked breakfast. Can’t fault it. Will definitely stay here again and recommend!.
