H	Harry Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed 4 nights from 25-8-18. Some complaints about our room were swiftly corrected by the general manager Christian Seibert and staff member Tanya. This was excellent customer service and made our stay pleasant. I would recommend staying here. It is very well located in a good area.

But on the second day one of my three snickers I left in my room was missing... Never saw it again ... First time this happened to me in a hotel room. Cost you a star... :-(

When I entered my room I immediately turned back downstairs to the reception and was fortunately able to cancel the reservation without charge. The floor of the room is stained, the furniture is worn and there is mold in the bathroom. Incomprehensible that this is a four-star hotel, at most just one star. The pictures of the rooms on the internet do not correspond to reality at all. And a high fee for breakfast! Upon arrival the staff did not give clear information, spoke German in a local accent (I speak German quite well, but Hochdeutsch is not available here). I had to ask them to rephrase multiple times. Strange how two members of the staff were only helping one customer at a time while others had to wait... The garage is very narrow, a challenge to drive in and out without scratches. Unpleasant smell. Could use a fresh-up as well! And a high fee for the garage too. Stay away from here!
c	cletus ferrao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply WOW! We had opted for the suite type room. It has its own in room sauna type installation. The room was super comfortable with all required amenities. The view was not bad as well. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The location is also Fairly close to the main HBf, you could easily walk if you don't mind it... The breakfast was amazing and quite plenty with both hot and cold options. There are lot of nice food joints in the area and also good place for shopping.

Then the parking costs 18 euros and I stayed in front of the reception for 20 minutes until someone came to guide me to the parking lot. The room smelled old-fashioned and the old furniture didn't seem to be adequate.

I had a shower in the sauna room, because the shower head seemed so old/dirty and didn't feel like using it. There was mold in the corner of the bath and in picture you see how old the bathroom furniture is. This hotel should be renovated. Price quite expensive for what you get.
