There are several good things about this place but then there are others that are not as cool. The rooms are super clean - they have a variety of rooms - some of them you have to share bathroom facilities and in others you do not - I can only comment on the room with shower and sink I had - it was extremely clean and so was the shared toilette. The hotel offers you a buffet breakfast for $7 euros, I thought it was a little too expensive but it beats going out and looking for a place to eat. Warning - the hotel has no elevator so if you have problems with stairs - this is not the place for you!!! The hotels is a straight shot from downtown whether you want to use the street car or walk so it is very convenient. Internet access - poor - it is only offered in the common room and that room reeks of cigarette smoke. The few times I was there I had to open the windows otherwise you fell like you are going to choke (if you are a non-smoker). Parking - When I called I was told by a super nice woman that I could have one of the limited parking spaces the hotel has if there was a space available when I arrived - which there was. Starting on the second day of my 5 day stay another woman took over the counter and she was the only person in my entire stay in Austria who was mean and super unhelpful - it seemed to me like she would provide the 4 parking spots to her preferred guests even though that first night they parked 5 cars in the courtyard. When I tried to explain that to her she was extremely negative and even lied about her departure time. So beware if you have a car - you may have to pay for street parking or a garage if you are not liked by this staff person.

A very conveniently located little hotel with all the basics you need. I had a very comfortable stay and a lovely continental breakfast the next morning. This hotel is not suitable for individuals with the need for a lift... A lot of stair to be climbed of you are on the top floors. The lady working at the reception was very friendly to me(trying to express myself in broken German). I recommend this Hotel for a short stay in Linz.

Arrived at the hotel around six hours ago after cycling along the Danube. Pleased they have a lockable cycle storage shed in a gated car park. Needed card payment in advance but not a problem. Room spacious with a sofa, wardrobe and table but the toilet is shared. Noticed our TV signal can go down in heavy rain and the wi-fi signal was variable in the early evening - phone could connect but tablet unusable. Shops close by if eating/drinking cheaply. Our room not to hot in 30° temperatures despite no air con. Bed firm and wide but I would have liked a second pillow. Happy to recommend.

It is a budget hotel very close to the train station. The rooms are very basic and so is the service. The rooms are pretty big and simple with heating for winter but no cooling for summer. The breakfast is pretty standard. There is a receptionist during working hours but you need access codes to get in the hotel after hours

Very clean, simple and elegant rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly and polite staff. Easy to check-in and to check-out. The lack of toilets (one unisex toilet per floor) and showers hurts the experience a bit (though, there's a sink in the rooms). Nevertheless quite a good bargain for the cost.

Nice place to stay in Linz. Single rooms are small, equiped with bed, table, cable TV, no fridge. The location is very very good for tourists.

Basic hotel but good value, clean and excellent location

Disgusting Hotel, save your money, there are better options in Linz than this alarmingly poorly-looked-after establishment.
