★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fourth time I have stayed there. Great welcome, helpful staff. Plentiful tasty food. Simple, clean bedrooms. Ski boot room in basement. Nice sauna and steamroom . 5 minute walk to high street for many bars+restaurants. We will be back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just home after spending a week at this lovely hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable nothing was a bother. Great food with buffet service for both breakfast and evening meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very welcoming place, the person at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
There is an elevator, so you don't have to drag your luggage up the stairs.
The bathroom is big, which is always nice (cramped bathrooms are the worst).
The room is big, there's a nice terrace, they provide tea and kettle.
The beds are quite comfortable, I managed to get a really nice sleep after a long exhausting day.
The value for money is very good.
The only small inconvenience was that the water temperature would fluctuate when using the sink or the shower. Give it 30 seconds or so and it should get back to normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly hotel. Greek owned so there is an exciting variation on the traditional Austrian ski holiday food. The breakfast was good with variations on the normal egg, bacon and sausages. The evening meals gave a good foundation for the rest of the evening :-). The rooms were simple and functional. Maybe needed a few more hooks on the walls. Lots of coat hangers in the wardrobes. The Hotel is not a new!! Some doors hung a little. The balcony needs wood preservative. The sauna was on but the steam bath was off. I am certain that they would have started it if we asked. There is a ski room with heating. Not top moderne but does the job. When my son broke his collar bone the staff were incredibly helpful to get the X-ray photographs from the CD from the hospital downloaded so I could contact our own doctor. The most negative experience is that, if you have a car, it is parked approximately 1 km away. Though they were very very understanding when we needed to park outside due to all the trips to the hospital in Zell am See. If you are leaving really early on the Saturday morning, and cannot make breakfast I recommend that you make your own lunch box for breakfast the day before. Everything considered 5 stars for a 4 star hotel because of the personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this hotel, great staff, good breakfast and also a very good dinner. The room was nice and well cleaned. Atmosphere wonderful and good to go in the steam at the end of the ski day.
