K	Krisztina K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy hotel at a perfect location kind service very cold swimming pool and very warm wihrlpool. Breakfast super. Room a bit old and airing in toilet and bathroom is very loud and cold.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, it is a pleasure to be around. Hotel itself is very nice and quite big, also very cosy. Only one small elevator for the entire hotel, makes the stairs the best choice. Food at the restaurants is very good too, especially the Italian classic La Trattoria! View from hotel is nice and you get a close look at the black slope Schattberg. Just a very nice hotel in general, a bit pricey though but you get what you pay for.

The hotel has a car parking and a ski room also a Spa and Gym. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in a central location in the Town.
K	Konstantin Blahut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful high-end hotel for hikers and skiers. Excellent 5-star cuisine with too many choices to choose from. Your skiing boots are heated overnight so they are toasty warm in the morning and there's an excellent high-end gym here as well. Be aware that nowadays FFP2 masks are required 24/7 all throughout Austria, even on the ski slopes.

Neighbor room sound come clearly through and street sounds were coming even more clearly through. We have half board and meals were excellent. Breakfast buffet was diverse and also dinner buffet has always good choices to eat. Especially dinner dessert table was good :)
